Although this cream has coconut oil, it is a purified form that is noncomedogenic. This cream also had glyceryl laurate which helps kill acne causing bacteria making this an acne safe hypoallergenic face cream.
This allergen free cream is more luxurious than Vanicream, less greasy, and has soothing ingredients making it a good cream for rosacea-prone skin.
