All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Shipping delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping is FREE for order of $49 or more. For orders less than $49, Standard Shipping Cost is $7.95. Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, next day shipping service is available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Skin Type Solutions is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

This option guarantees your shipment in 2 business days. Orders will be shipped the same day if recieved before 2:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. If received after 2:00 p.m. EST or if received on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day. Your package will arrive before 7pm on the day of delivery. 2 Day Shipping does not include Saturday delivery.

For quicker delivery, UPS Next Day shipping service is available. This is not a guaranteed service. Next day orders must be shipped to your billing address. Orders will be shipped the same day if received before 2:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. If received after 2:00 p.m. EST or if received on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day and received by 7 p.m. on the business day after that. Next Day Shipping does not include Saturday delivery.

USPS is required for all deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, and military addresses. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for lost packages shipped via USPS.

We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer.

Please report damaged packages to our Customer Care Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue. Damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the shipment's estimated delivery date.

When reporting damaged packages, photos showing damage to the shipping box will be requested at the request of the shipping courier.

If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a $15 fee for UPS and USPS packages. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.

Orders containing regulated materials for domestic transport (Class ORM-D) such as aerosols, perfumes, certain drugs and products with high alcohol content may only be shipped via ground transportation within the Continental U.S. This includes nail polish, hairspray and more. Please allow up to 3-15 business days for delivery when selecting the free standard shipping option.

If two or more orders are submitted within one day that will be shipped to a single address, Skin Type Solutions will combine the orders into one shipment. Combined shipments allow us to help the environment by reducing the amount of packaging products and carbon fuels to deliver the products. When the package is delivered, please look carefully to verify you have received the products for all orders.

If you ship your order to a freight forwarding company, Skin Type Solutions cannot be held liable for any transaction with a forwarding company. Once delivery is confirmed by UPS or USPS, Skin Type Solutions is no longer liable for the package. Please be aware that items purchased from Skin Type Solutions are only warranted within the United States.
