Dioxothiazetidinyl demethoxyrapamycin
This rapamycin derivative helps turn back the clock for skin cells by selectively inhibiting mTORC1, a key regulator of cellular growth and aging. By helping decrease cellular senescence and allowing tired fibroblasts to rest and recover, it enhances their ability to produce structural proteins such as collagen and elastin that help keep skin firm, tight, smooth, and youthful-looking.
Tetrahydrodiferuloylmethane
Tetrahydrodiferuloylmethane is a purified turmeric-derived antioxidant related to curcumin. It helps neutralize damaging free radicals and has anti-inflammatory activity that may help calm skin and reduce oxidative stress associated with skin aging. Tetrahydrocurcuminoids may also help reduce excess pigmentation by interfering with pathways involved in melanin production. Unlike yellow curcumin, this derivative is nearly colorless, making it more suitable for cosmetic formulations.
Artocarpus Lakoocha Wood Extract
Artocarpus Lakoocha Wood Extract is a botanical skin-brightening ingredient rich in oxyresveratrol, a polyphenol that inhibits tyrosinase, reducing melanin production and helping improve dark spots and uneven pigmentation.

Re-Q Pro-Longevity Face Serum is an anti-aging serum that gives old, overworked skin cells a temporary rest. When they awake they appear more youthful and do a better job of making collagen and elastin. The ReQ Serum actually helps your other antiaging skin care and treatments work better. The serum contains Dioxothiazetidinyl demethoxyrapamycin (RLX-201), a topical rapamycin-derivative designed to selectively decrease mTORC1 signaling. This helps give fibroblasts a rest.
As fibroblasts age, they can become less efficient at producing collagen, elastin, and other components of the extracellular matrix. By temporarily decreasing mTORC1 activity, RLX-201 may allow these “exhausted” fibroblasts to shift away from constant growth signaling and toward cellular maintenance and repair
Yes, Re-Q can be used with retinoids. If using them together, apply Re-Q first and your retinoid afterward.
People have reported softer more radiant skin at 2 weeks, but do not expect an overnight change. The 12-week clinical study reported visible improvements in firmness, radiance, lines, and texture beginning at about 4 weeks, with continued improvement over time. Changes involving collagen, elasticity, and skin structure generally take longer to evaluate.

You can use it once or twice a day and should not experience any redness or irritation.
Yes it is not irritating even when used with retinoids and other antiaging prodcuts. However, limit the use of other exfoliants in your skin care routine to avoid overexfoliation.
