Flex is a payments platform that enables customers to use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds at checkout. Skin Type Solutions has partnered with Flex to make it simple to spend your pre-tax dollars on eligible skincare and beauty products.
At checkout, select the Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA option and enter your HSA or FSA card details. If you are currently logged into Shop Pay, please check out as a guest to access this payment method.
You can still purchase eligible products using a standard payment method and get reimbursed later. Complete your purchase, then select the Get Reimbursed option on the order confirmation page. Flex will send you a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) to submit to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
Your card may be declined if the product is not classified as HSA/FSA eligible, if your account balance is insufficient, or if your card issuer restricts certain merchant categories. Please verify your card balance and confirm the item is on the eligible products list. Contact your HSA/FSA provider if the issue persists.
At this time, you can only use one HSA/FSA card per transaction through Flex. If your card balance does not cover the full order amount, you can split the payment by paying the remaining balance with a standard credit or debit card at checkout.
