Revision Skincare Vitamin K Serum is a calming antioxidant serum that helps reduce redness, soothe irritation, and strengthen fragile skin. Ideal for post-procedure care or rosacea-prone skin, this lightweight formula absorbs quickly and layers well under moisturizer or sunscreen. Dermatologist-recommended, it combines vitamin K to target visible capillaries with arnica montana extract, known for its anti-inflammatory and calming benefits.
This serum is cruelty-free and free of oxybenzone, gluten, sulfate, and phthalates.
It contains dimethicone, phenoxyethanol, alcohol derivatives, and oils. It contains natural fragrances like sandalwood.
This can be used to help prevent bruising from dermal fillers, but needs to be used for at least 10 days prior to the procedure.
I have not seen it improve rosacea in my patients.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Revision Vitamin K serum help prevent bruising from cosmetic procedures?
Vitamin K supports your skin’s natural clotting process, helping reduce visible bruising—but it takes about 10 days of use to build up in the skin. That is why dermatologists recommend applying it at least 10 days before treatments like lip fillers. Arnica montana helps reduce swelling after trauma or cosmetic procedures. Used together, these ingredients prep the skin before treatment and support faster healing after.
How soon can I use this serum after microneedling?
You should wait at least 24 hours after microneedling before applying this serum. This allows the microchannels in the skin to fully close, reducing the risk of irritation or unwanted absorption of ingredients into deeper layers. Once the barrier has recovered, the vitamin K and arnica can safely support post-procedure healing, helping minimize redness, bruising, and swelling.
Can I use Revision Vitamin K serum under the eyes to help dark circles?
This has Vitamin K which may help the types of dark circles caused by deposition of hemosiderin under the eyes caused by sluggish circulation. These dark circles are reddish brown. Try it for at least 12 days to see if it brightens the eye area. If not, Revision make a Vitamin C eye serum that can help dark circles.
