A 4-week consumer test was conducted on 92 subjects with Fitzpatrick type I-VI, ages 25-60 with visible or self-perceived redness/blotchiness, rough skin texture, dull skin. 50 subjects had previously experienced skin discomfort/reactivity due to sun exposure. Clear Daily Soothing UV Defense SPF 50 was applied once daily in the morning as the last step in skincare routine and reapplying every 2 hours when exposed to the sun. Efficacy was assessed at immediate, week 1, and week 4 timepoints.
