Skin Type Solutions is dedicated to your optimal skin health. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Service team we will provide a full refund for merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We are always here, issued in the original form of payment. You’ll need to discuss any concerns and help you get the most fill out of your prescribed skincare regimen. a printable Return/Exchange form.

All returns must be in their original packaging. Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. Empty or nearly empty containers cannot be accepted for refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.
When you return a product, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. If your original payment method is no longer valid or has passed its expiration date, we are only able to issue a refund in the form of a store credit. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.
Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
Skin Type Solutions reserves the right to change and update this return policy at any time.
